  • Great question! It’s going to depend on the experience you book. Each of our experiences include info about what you should bring in their descriptions. And have no fear - when we send your confirmation and check-in emails, we’ll include some info about what you’ll need to bring with you.

  • It depends on your chosen experience and whether they are mostly indoors or outdoors. Of course, for the outdoor experiences we may not know up until the time the experience starts how the weather will be. But if we need to cancel we will refund your money completely, or you can choose to receive a credit.

  • We allow cancellations and will refund your payment for most experiences up to 24 hours prior to the start of the experience. When booking, you will see the cancellation policy for your chosen experience. If you need to cancel, What'sApp us or send an email to hello@ruamar.co

  • Not a problem. We can accommodate groups of any size. However, we do need to know well in advance so we can plan correctly. On the booking page, we’ll let you know how many spots are available. If you have a group larger than what you see available, just give us a call so we can accommodate you.

  • We love our pets too, but unfortunately pets aren't allowed during our experiences.

  • Yes! We have photographers and videographers that will accompany you on your experience. You can choose to have them present for your whole experience or just a part of it. We'll need to know well in advance that you'd like this service, so please let us know.

  • In many cases yes. You'll see what is included in the descriptions of our packages. Some experiences include all meals, some include only a few. Please refer to the description of the package you're interested in.

  • In most cases yes. Please refer to the description of the package you're interested in to see what transportation is included, and where the pick-up and drop-off points are located.

  • Yes we do. We understand that sometimes you want a unique experience just for you, your friends, your company or your family. We can accommodate groups of any size. However, we do need to know well in advance so we can plan correctly. On the booking page, we’ll let you know how many spots are available. If you have a group larger than what you see available, just give us a call so we can accommodate you.
